Referrals
For dentists who are looking to refer a patient with specific concerns to Square Mile Dental Centre, we have a simple form on this page to be filled out. In addition, we are more than happy to go and visit any practice that is interested in making regular referrals to Square Mile and our specialist services.
At the end of each patient’s specified treatment, we will ensure they return back to their original practice for continued dental care. We always make thorough assessments before accepting any patient for referral treatment. Our strict policy ensures that we only accept a referred patient if we are confident our treatment and services are in the best interests of the patient.
We always keep practices informed about their patients throughout the entire treatment process. If the patient has only been referred for assessment or planning, a letter will be sent back to the referring practice as soon as possible.
Any partnering practice is welcome to contact us at any time, should there be any questions, queries, or simply if they would like to discuss any aspect of their patient’s treatment.

Square Mile Dental Centre is a highly reputable practice that is run by Dr Amit Patel, Dr Sanjay Sethi and Dr Nikhil Sethi. This formidable team performs a range of treatments including: implants, restorative treatments and cosmetic dentistry on patients who are referred to us by other dental practices, as well as those who self-refer. Both Dr Patel and Dr Sethi have enrolled on numerous postgraduate courses including a Diploma in Implant Dentistry (Dip Imp Dent, RCS Eng) with the Royal College of surgeons. Having carried out an excess of 5000 treatment solutions, Square Miles’s highly experienced dental surgeons have subsequently earned themselves an envious reputation among their peers.
Dr Patel and Dr Sethi also have a special interest in training and educating their industry colleagues, and actively lecture and mentor other dentists in the surgical and restorative phases of implant care.
